Transition Architects used much of 2022 to retrench and firm up its service offering for small and medium sized (SME) business owners planning their transitions and exit.
Some of our Highlights from 2022:
- We completed a challenging but ultimately successful two-stage buyout for a client whose previous attempts to sell had failed. Our strategy allowed the seller’s wife to vacate the business within three months and the owner to refocus purely on sales and service. All parties are very pleased with the outcome, and improved growth potential from this platform operation.
- Transition Architects also completed several key assessment engagements, coaching business owners as they prepare and position their businesses. Most will be coming to market in 2023!
